Strengths

• It deal in variety of product; Apparel, accessories, personal care and footwear.

• It has 13,000 full time and 66,000 part-time employees.

• It has presence in Asia, Latin America, Asia and Canada.

• Revenue and profits are decreasing in 2014

• The product prices are on higher side as compared to direct competitors.
